Il y a 200 ans, Philippe Suchard fondait sa première chocolaterie à Serrières. Cette entreprise transformera complétement ce quartier de Neuchâtel, grâce notamment à Carl Russ, le beau-fils du fondateur. L'historien Laurent Tissot raconte comment Suchard a grandi jusqu'à faire rayonner la Suisse.
