Y a 10 ans, Serge Gamma immigrait au Service des étrangers

Y a 10 ans, Serge Gamma quittait le département fédéral des affaires étrangères pour notre canton. C'est, en quelque sorte, un ressortissant de la Confédération immigré à l'Etat de Neuchâtel. C'était le 13 janvier 2005.
